Golf Fitness Program
I have talked to many of you about how physical fitness can make your Golf much better. I have wanted to start a fitness program for quite a while. Well here it is. A joint program between Geoff Builds Bodies and myself is coming very soon. I am working out several days a week now to make sure we have the right mix of aerobic, core strength and golf specific exercises in the program. I knew I was I was out of shape, but WOW this has opened my eyes completely. I have been complaining for months about not hitting the ball as far as I would like with my clubs. I blamed it on age, getting older, you know what I mean. Well, I was all wrong. In just three workouts I have changed the way I play. I know I have a long way to go, but the results are already showing up where it counts most, on the course.
